Watermelon Yogurt Face Mask


Ingredients: 
2 Tablespoons of Watermelon Juice
2 Tablespoons of Plain Greek Yogurt

Prep: Mix the two ingredients together in a mixing bowl until blended well. Apply to your freshly cleansed face & neck. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Apply to an oil-free moisturizer all over your face and neck to prevent breakouts and for added moisture to balance the pH levels of your skin.

Plain yogurt is great for skin because it will leave your skin glowing due to the low amount of acidity in it, which will restore your natural pH balance. It's also great for adding hydration to the skin & is ideal for soothing sunburns or irritated skin. The yogurt will also help to gently exfoliate your skin due to the enzymes & lactic acid it contains. The watermelon juice is similar to an astringent & can help with your skin's appearance by adding a glow to it & evening out your skin tone. Fine lines & wrinkles & sun damage from the sun and acne are minimized due to the antioxidants in watermelon. It repairs your skin on so many levels and soothes your skin at the same time.
